Outdoors HELP PLS!!!!! - K7SEM PROBLEM!!!!

ey guys,,,its been quite a long time since I've been here... I have a very SEVERE problem with my PC.... my specs:

AMD DURON 850MHZ
ECS K7SEM REV1 B1
128 MB PC 133 SDRAM
20 GB SEAGATE

My problem started when I clerared the CMOS jumper without UNPLUGGING the AVR from the AC supply. when I tied to start my pc after that, it failed to boot up. power led is on, heatsink fan is on, and simultaneous beeps can be heard continously.... it wont boot up. After that I turned off the pc and tried to clean the memory card with eraser and re-installed it. also I tried to remove the cmos battery and re-intall it. then I powered up the PC again, but same result above happened. I also tried to borrow from my friend his Memory card but same result.....it failed to boot up....

Is my MOBO'S Bios CORRUPTED?????? As a result of my stupidity?????? If my suspicion is right, Is there a chance of re-incarnating (FIXING) my MOBO???
By the way, I also tested my CPU on my friends MOBO, L7VMM2???? It works anyway....
Hoping for your guidance here guys!!!!!!!!!!! especially from ETRUSCAN, I know you own the same board as I do.... thanks in advance....

Did you put the jumper back in the right position? Do you have any PCI cards installed? Might want to try taking them out and turning on as well.

Might try removing everything, CPU memory, etc. Unplugging then put the jumper on clear cmos and let it set for a bit.

I doubt you have corrupted anything. Those ECS boards can be a pain.
