Uninstalling Norton

I'm trying to uninstall Norton Internet Security 2004 from my system, i've deleted it from add/remove and program files, but when i re-install it don't ask me for the serial key, and it expires the same time it did before i uninstalled.

Can i remove it from registry or something??

Sounds like you will have to try, I have run into this on occasion where something wont install because their are remnants in the registry from a previous install. Just be careful mucking around in the registry.

Run "regedit" and search for your Norton or go to hkey local machine/software and start there. You will have to think about what you find and delete. If you have no other Norton apps installed it should make it easier.
