WinME psapi.dll missing prob
I know this problem was looked at some time ago in win98 in another thread but it doesnt help me.
My ME sys will only boot via Safe mode to a warning "Runtime error 48 psapi.dll missing" When I click "Ok" it goes no further!
I have downloaded a copy od psapi.dll and put it in Windows dir, system32 dir and root but it still comes up with the same error!
More than a little frustrating. I have CWShredder ready for when I can get into windows but until I can it is useless.
Can any of you help me please.
