Dead Soundcard ... HELP

Okay here i go... I just Refomatted my comp and than installed a wireless internet card thingy in the back ( wich by the way works ..) and now my Sound Card will NOT work ... i reforammeted once b 4 and it worked after this time its not plz list ANY ideas u have it would help me alot !!
