If you have cyber-saavy children, maybe they can follow System Admin directions. Otherwise, it's quite difficult to circumvent...

The search tool Google is quite strong. Although going to the "Images" page is blocked, one is able to access adult webpages via the site search. You can search within a site by typing site:
www.cnn.com and perform a search only within CNN.com. If you have a user who know the URL for adult websites, they can do a search. Only page descriptions come up. No images. BUT, some page description have a "Cached" link. All you need to do is click on that link and you are directed to the webpage, with a header that says the page you are viewing is cached and may not be up-to-date.
On this page, if you have gone to a cached adult webpage, sometimes, you are able to view the images. NOT ONLY THAT, you are able to click on links with the cached URL to view the images, movie files, etc.
That means, you will want to put google.com on blocked sites.
