HELP! Windows XP

Okay, this is like, really sad because this is my second time on here asking for help with my whack computer..

Well, I visited some other forums and lo and behold, I found out that there was Spyware everywhere.. So I tried to remove those files and whatnot by using Adaware but then something happened.. I dunno what happened and all but my computer won't even turn on

I mean, I can turn it on and it'll be like loading, but the farthest it'll go is to the screen where it shows that Microsoft Windows XP Pro is loading then it'll restart again.. It'll keep doing this until I just turn it off.

I've only had this computer for like, 2 months and already it won't even function right!!!

Please help me out.. I'm thinking like... maybe I should format my hard drive to completely erase everything and re-install Windows XP and I don't know how to format my hard drive..

Boot from the XP CD and choose to do a clean install. It will ask you at some point if you want to format your hard drive. Go ahead and do it. That should start you off with a clean slate.

After the install, I recommend installing software in this order:

Anti-Virus

AVG

Firewall

Sygate Personal Firewall

Windows Updates

Windows Updates

After these three, then start installing your other software.

You will want to install and then run Ad-aware on a routine basis as well.

I also recommend installing PopUp Killer
