firefox bookmarks question

I was wondering if there is a way to make the toolbar bookmarks in firefox have a second row instead of having only six. Are there any extensions that can do this? Thanks.

Not sure I understand exactly. I have firefox and am running with seven right now. You just have to go to manage bookmarks under the bookmarks drop down, you can add a folder there.

i have 8 up top then on the far right there is an arrow that brings up a drop down box with the rest of the bookmarks....

might also depend on the theme you are using

I'm a bit confused, as well. I have seventeen bookmarks on my tool bar.

The number of bookmarks that you can fit on the bar is related to the size of the name, the length of your window, and the other items that you have on the same line.

The toolbar, you mean the personal tool bar on the top?

Sorry, misread qyestion I guess. As others have said it seems that it depends on a number of things, the length of the description, whether or not there is an icon associated with it, your theme, your screen resolution and browser window size.

Get that extension, its my favorite. Optimoz tweaks. Makes your bookmarks sidebar autohide so it doesnt take up 1/4 of your browser window. You can see them all that way.

After you get it you have to turn it on, set the sensitivity to about 6 or 7 , seems to make it open better
