HELP!! XP PRO

i just installed XP pro in my computer, in my second harddrive (F, and i have Home in my main drive (C. And the problem is that i dont want to have Pro anymore. I dont like it, its just not what i want, so i want to uninstall it. I have the CD and everything but i dont want to make a mistake and erase the two or something.

PLEASE HELP..
Carlos

PS: Here is the boot of my pc

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOW S
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Micro soft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Micro soft Windows Whistler Personal" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Now remember that i want to keep Home (Whistler) not Pro

use the Win XP Pro disk, setup bios to boot from cd-rom first...then go through the procedures the xp puts up, but pick the right hard drive (d: or E: somthing like that) then use the disc to format it. should be pretty simple...just don't format your main drive which should be c:, but dble check to make sure.

i tried that, it didnt work. The only options are to install again or to repait. I went to repair and nothing. I was just thinking of reformating that drive and changing my boot.ini so that it doesnt have pro anymore but i dont really know how?

Is this right??

Remove this line from your boot.ini file under [operating systems] . . .

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Micro soft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect

Change the line under [boot loader] to say . . .

default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOW S

Then you should just be able to format the partition that has XP Pro on it from within Home.
