UGGG>>>HELP<<<

I cant belive how many things happen to my pc. Now its the clock. It is falling behind so much. Before it was not so notable, u had to update it every weeek or so because it would fall behind 1/2 hour, but now it is falling behind everyday, by half hours. I dont know what to do. My manual says the battery should last 7 years, but i have had my pc since 9/22/01. Wow almost 3 years (1 more day to go).

What can this be? Please help i dont know what to do

most likely it's the CMOS battery. a little round lithium batter, looks like a watch abttery. i have yet to see a computer that has one that isn't like any other, so you should be able to pick one up at a computer shop, or else just pull the thing out and bring it down to a store you know has tons of different batteries. radio shack would be my best suggestion.

yeah it's probably the battery. Just replace it inside and you should be good to go.
