Problems using ProxyCap, need help please

I get these 3 types of errors often espesially with file sharing programs and then the program hangs:

1. Type: Winsock error, Description: Connection timed out (10060).
2. Type: HTTP Response, Description: 500 Internal server error.
3. Type: HTTP Response, Description: 403 Forbidden

what causes them and is there a way to avoid them?

I'm forced to you use an HTTP proxy that requires authorization.

so like, you're using proxycap on a machine that hists the internet connection on your network?

It force me to use a proxy which blocks pages and internet programs like messenger.

what forces you? are you having these problems because you are on someone else's network, like school or work?
