New MotherBoard

I'm looking for a new Motherboard, I would like suggestions. Want For: Gaming, Cd Burning, Graphics editing. Price range: $200-300$

For what CPU? Mobos don't cost nearly that much unless you pop for some strange new technology.

any board with the nforce 3 250 bassed chipset should do you right for the socket 754 bassed solution.

if you want to keed this motherboard for a while, however, you may consider going with an athlon 64 3500+ or better chip, with the 939 pin socket. otherwise you will be capped out at the 3400+ chip with your brand new motherboard.

the 3700+ is also 754 but I wouldn't wanna pay for it.

The Nforce3 chipsets actually have a slight flaw in them that hampers AGP performance. Look at a Via K8T800pro chipset board. Asus, Epox, MSI, any of them are good. Look at the reviews on www.newegg.com before buying.
