Kids yet another emachines/graphix problem

I have an eMachines:

Intel® Pentium® III 550MHz (w/512KB L2 Cache) Slot 1 CPU
64MB SyncDRAM (up to 256 MB) (currently 192mbs)
Stereo Speakers
2 USB Ports (1 is on Front)
2 Serial / 1 Parallel / 3 Expansion Slot
Audio In & Out / Game Port on Front
Internet Ready
Sun® StarOffice™ 5.1
AOL 3 month membership included, click here for details
eMachines Network Internet Service
nVidia RIVA TNT2 Vanta 2x AGP with 8MB SDRAM (currently an NVidia 32 mb graphix)
Crystal CS4280 3D PCI Audio (waiting on a soundblaster audigy [sb0090])
4x Max. Write by 24x Read CD-RW with Easy CD Creator software
8x Max. DVD-ROM Drive with Software Decoder
15GB HDD (Ultra DMA EIDE)
3.5" 1.44MB FDD
56K* ITU V.90 PCI Fax/Modem (also added ethernet card for high speed net)
PS/2 Internet Keyboard/Mouse

I wanted to put a Apollo Devil Monster 3 radeon ati card its a 9200 (A9200SE)

The problem is the same as the rest. I put it in and start up and get a black screen and it doesn't fully boot because (judging by after 5 minues idle I don't hear the microsoft startup sound) so I don't know. I have looked for a bios update with no luck and also went into bios and set graphics size to 128 and still nothing.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Misc

I Know I'm not that experienced with emachines systems, but it sounds like a problem I'm currently having with trying to put a NVIDIA Geforce 4 TI4200 128mb video card on my Gigabyte GA7-DXE mainboard, It does the exact same thing. I've been told I will have to replace my motherboard due to compatibility issues with that card. Have you tried the "Assign IRQ to VGA" option? Your board might have that option available. Mine Didn't . If that doesn't work You might also have to replace your mainboard, Or try another NVIDIA card. Let me know if that helps.
