Outdoors memory and video card

Hi
I built my second computer and after everything was done and working I decided to put a sencond Hdd I used a removable tray to put the second hard drive i used the computer for 2 days with no problems but one day I turned it on and and I smell of something burned came out of my pc I opened it and realized that it was the tray fan I just took the tray out and my computer was working with less ram than I have installed the next day I turne it on and got just a black screen I tried usind the onboard video instead of my nvidia after that i tried to instal the nvidia again and got this error message at the device manager THIS DEVICE CANNOT START (code 10) I upgraded the driver for the video card but no thing happened I still got the same error message

Any sugestions are welcome

i am almost sure its a 300 watts but there is no sticker or something to read in it, I was thinking in just buy another power supply and memory module and another video card but I am affraid I fried my mother board too do you think the mainboard is ok?:

I found it is a 120w do you think that this is the problem? I just hope my processor and my mainboard are ok

Yeah dude....i would definitely recommend that you buy a replacement Power Supply...that rating is nowhere enough for your hardware.

I would choose a good brand like Antec...The Antec 330W PSU would be very good as it includes an additional fan designed to face the CPU...thus sucking air away from the hotter part of case.

When you consider quality and lifespan...Antec is trustworthy brand.

After you do this, also take the CPU fan and chip out and put back in...this should reset that side of things beyond doubts.

Thanks Everyone


I did what roley told me to do this last weekend and my pc is working perfect I asked my friend to help me he knows more than me he said that the problem was probably my subwoofer it its not sealed and it was to close to my pc now I need to buy a new video card because the onboard sucks I tried to play FS2004 and got only 4 frames per second its impossible to play like that

I just turned my computer on again and it wont turn on,
in the first try it keeps restarting right after the memory test,
no error messages
then I turn it off and turn on again and it loads all drives normally
