win98 features not installed

I installed win98 on a buddy's computer and some things were not installed such as some of the desktop features such as screen savers and backgrounds. Also none of the games were installed. Where can i find these on the disk or how do i make sure they are installed next time???

Go to the Control Panel and open "add/remove programs". Here you can add any components you missed during the installation of Windows.

after you go to "add/remove" click on the tab on top that states "windows setup" or some such similar thing.

It will search for a minute and then give you all the choices for things that are installed and/or can be installed.

You may need your windows CD if the windows cabs are not installed on the PC, it will tell you

Glad you got it sorted out, really very simple once you know.

Ive noticed that whatever you choose to install with w98 you have to go with this procedure afterwards because it will always install things you dont check or not install things you do.
