I plan on using the Time Warner Digital Cable, can anyone suggest which one is a better card to keep, I have both of the following available, I'd appreciate any help

I would go with the WinTV based upon it having support for Dolby Digital audio decoding, especially if you have a 5.1 sound system.

more info please

considering the fact that I'll have to use the cable company's digital box anyway if I use digital cable, which one do you guys think is better for recording TV and does anyone know which format they record in like what AVI or MPEG or ? and how do you burn DVD's or VCD's from them
