I can not uninstall a hp driver.

I get Error installing iKernel.exe: (0x10000)

hp sucks, don't buy hp, their drivers call home.

What exactly are you trying to uninstall?

Have you tried booting into safe mode and uninstalling then?

what happened was I got roxio. Now I see that using roxio is a lot of trouble. I have an external hp cd4 model. Dam computor crashes now if I drag and drop. Dont know why but I may have to go back to HP software. Which does suck.

I am not at all a fan of roxio either. Consider it a lesson learned.
