Radeon 9800, texture problem

I've tried everything. I've installed the latest Catalyst drivers, I tried turning off AA/AF, I tried just tweaking graphics settings in games.. nothing works. My problem is texture corruption/missing texture/flashing textures in EVERY game I have. It's also pretty random at times. I can provide pics if you'd like. I play with 4x AF and temporal 2x AA. Could it be my monitor? If anyone can help me I'd be very greatful, it's impossible to play games without this happening..

check your vsynch setting and enable it if it is turned off - most are not setting it off by default to get FPS ratings, but it can result it this type of corruption. also, if you've tweaked the card at all - set it back to the default
