Problems w/ GeForce2 MX400 64mb PCI

Hi,
I got this card a week ago, but i'm having some problems with it:
1 - When playing games such as Counter Strike in OpenGL, it suddenly crashes. At first it just froze and i used the program manager to see what was going on, and DRWINN.exe (or something like that), was using like 98% of my computer. I found this problem on an internet website, and i got to disable that .exe. So now the game just crashes so i guess it's my GF2 fault. I've tried many Detonator/ForceWare drivers but nothing seems to work. In Fact, with the new ForceWare driver it crashes more often.

2- Im getting crappy performance at D3D games (so i can't just change my render device to fix my 1st problem xP). I tried RivaTurner and GeForce Tweak Utility but its the same.
I have a 700Mhz Celeron (Now i'm overclocking it, so it shows 1050Mhz), with 256MB RAM on a M755 motherboard. I don't know if u guys know a game called Gunbound. I Should be able to play it with fine performance, but i get like 10fps and i don't even have the best graphics enabled on the game.

3- This is one of the things that bothers me most: I get a REALLY low performance at movie/video play. I can't even watch any DivX/XviD/etc 640x480 video (so there goes my anime episodes T_T). My SiS630/730 used to work just fine, and many people know that that's a useless video card. (the difference on CS in OpenGL mode i get is: SiS: 4fps 640x480 GF2: 40fps 1024x768 XD).

I Hope someone can help me fix at least the 3rd problem xP
thx

yeah...640x480 should be ok on that card...even though it is PCI...

Don't really know what would causing it.

Your problem could possibly be comming from the overclock, some cards are sensitive to overclcocks because the PCI bus and the System bus are most likely linked. Also, have you updated to directX 9(although non needed) and you can check out the drivers at www.omegadrivers.net
