Help!! Geforce4 MX440 Problem!

Here is my system Specs

I am Also sure that i have a GeForce4 MX integrated GPU 64mb

I circled the problems.
There is an identical computer to this one, and when i ran Dxdiag there was directdraw acceleration and AGP texture acceleration

Things I have done to try to fix this:
Reinstall Directx
Different Drivers for my Graphics Card
Clean Boot
Update Windows
Boot without Graphics Driver, letting Xp reinstall itself

Im running out of ideas, Anyone out there amazing enough to figure out this problem?

What's going on here is that your integrated video card is taking its 64MB chomp out of your system memory, but Windows doesn't seem to be able to access that space.

If you have an option in the BIOS, you may wish to try changing the amount of memory assigned to video, and see if that changes anything.

Can you boot into safe mode? Does graphics information look different there?

What do you mean by "clean boot?"

What driver versions have you tried? Did it work correctly at some previous point?

well he's correct about the 64 Mb drop in system memory to the GFX chip. Some integrated solutions will not show that they have internal memory because they only use the memory they need.

AGP may not be available if they used a PCI integration rather than AGP. If u have an AGP slot, check wether you have to disable the onboard to use it - as there can only be one AGP device. This is commonly done to cut costs, and as I did tech supportfor HP, I know how they can be about that type of thing.

Direct Draw - in DirectX 8 they combined the direct draw and direct 3d systems together. I have seen cases where this has caused problems on various chipsets and/or driver configurations. I wouldn't worry about this part unless you are seeing problems while using apps or games that require direct draw.
