Problems after a storm

Ok, here goes, I turned off all the power to my computer including the cable modem and monitor. After the storm, I tried to boot up and nothing. No fans, not even PSU fans. I swapped PSU's and still nothing. At this point, I'm guessing motherboard. Lightening struck a tree in my backyard so I think a surge could have gone through the coax (which is grounded in my backyard I think) into the CAT5 and into my onboard NIC. I have no clue. Tell me what you think. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for such a fast reply, LOL. I posted this along time ago and since solved the problem. The problem turned out to be a fried motherboard. Thanks for your help anyway.
