Help please

i just updated my computer and i got a new motherboard, cpu, ram, and graphics card and i put it all in my new case and it wont work i turn it on and hear no beeps my cpu fan is on along with all my other fans but my hard drive i dont hear coming on or see the light flashing and same with my cd drive it dose not respond either i tried resetting the cmos didnt work, tried my motherboard and everything outside of the case, tried putting the hdd on slave, single, master, and cable select and still i get nothing but when the computer is still on and i unplug the IDE cable i can hear me hdd speed up and same with my cd-rom can you guys please help me i would appreceate it here is a link to what i got Click Here i plugged the hard drive into the blud IDE port the floppy into the FDD and my cd-rom into the white IDE

it sounds like your memory or your processer

or it could be a bad card...

take all your card out except your video card and unplug all ide cables and see what happens..then put all your cards in one by one..
if it isent that

then try each ide cable one by one

if that dont work..try onother memory stick and another video card
