msgina and shlwapi issue
Hello, i have a HP 1.4 ghz here running winxp and i read all the forums telling what you need to do if you are getting the issue of shlwapi.dll and the msgina.dll error messages, but what i cannot do is get to the recovery console. I made the 6 disks, but what do i do with them? anyone have a way that i can get started on that fix?
