Kids Can not install Win xp pro or home

3 Weeks ago i got some new comp parts i thought i was going to be able to install and just burn the new thing.. sadly i triped with thes error that comes every time i am instaling win xp pro or home... the cpy file proces stops saying that cant copy certain dll sys and exe files from the win xp .. corse i cant skip the files cause the instalation wont finish ..

Motherboard 8KNXP from gigabyte
intel 2.8 ghz
512 Pc3200
2 SATA WD HD
1 ide samsung (I tried instaling in both ide and sata get the same thing)

Also tried diferent cd rooms and cables.. still the same thing
i am really puzzle about this .. Ill be thankfull for any help ither of you would give me ..

well, i had the same problem when i was installing xp pro like a week ago. it couldnt install an important file (explorer.exe lol, kinda important huh?!?!?!) first, click retry like 4 or 5 times. if that doesnt work, take it out of the cd drive and clean it. it later ran into another dll it couldnt install, i just took the cd out and poped it back in, let it spin a few times, and clicked retry. that also seemed to work. i hope this helps!
