first things first you need to make sure everything is connected properly. Make sure your ram is seated in the slots correctly and make sure all your drives are connected properly. Second you'll probably need to clear the cmos either by unplugging it and shorting the jumpers on the board{usually by the battery} or by unplugging it and taking the battery out for several mins.
If none of that works then you'll need to strip the board down. Meaning unplug all your drives and all un-needed components. Leave only the cpu/hs {and fan of course} and one stick of memory. You have on-board memory so no need for the video card at this point. Check the manual to see if there is a jumper for the on-board graphics {if you don't have one try
