Laptop shuts off at start up PLEASE HELP!
Please can anyone help me! I haven't been using my laptop for about a month, and when I switched it on today, it worked perfectly for quite a while. Then it started making beeping noises (about 5 beeps every so often). Evenutally I switched it off and rebooted.
Now it will only reboot to a screen which says 'Sorry for the inconvenience..... etc.'
do I have a flat battery problem through not using it? I am totally new to laptops - How do you RECHARGE A FLAT BATTERY if that's what's wrong? I don't even know that!
Or is it something else.
Please please help me. There is no manual with my Elitegroup A 531 notebook.
