VAIO recovery CDs

Hi all,
Big trouble.
I bought a second-hand Sony VAIO PCG-GRZ610 with no recovery CDs, and Sony software was uninstalled.
GRZ610is a U.S. model and I'm in Europe.
Sony USA does not sell to non-US residents, and Sony Europe does not support U.S. models...
Of course don't try to get them out of their standard procedures...
Can anybody be better than Sony support (easy hee hee) and give me an idea or help me to obtain these #*$@ CDs?
It's been days already, I've been looking every possible solution, couldn't find a way...

I use to have a Sony Vaio PCV-RX650, and things started to go screwy on it, needed the recover disks as well. I searched everywhere, and the only place I could find it was direct from the sony site. Do you have a friend in US that you could get sony to send it to thier addy then they can send it to you? That would be the only possibility I would see.

Hrmm, maybe try a Best Buy or Comp USA? Not sure on the big "computer/eletronic" stores in Europe and what not, but I bet they could get sony to send them one if anyone could. If that doesn't work, let me know, if you cover the cost of the CD and postage, I can grab one from sony then send it to you.
