Misc keyboard from PS2 to USB

When I power up my computer the keyboard often times is not connected. I have to reset and secure the PS2 plug to get the board to connect. Destroyed a PS2 plug because of this. Want to buy a USB keyboard but wondering if the present keyboard will work if I connect a PS2 to USB converter to my PS2 plug.

yea, it'll work. Another thing you might wanna try is some good old-fashioned hot glue. Or of course, there's always ducktape

you can try what i did.

One time i decided to plug in a USB keyboard (while the PS2 keyboard was already pluged-in) and i could use both keyboards at the same time so try it.

Use a USB keyboard, the only i guess you my present is that if you on safe mode(using windows) it might not work. But i guess that depends if you have XP. I don't remember much of that.

Good luck with the keyboard.
