"LINKS" Folder in Favorites

I keep getting a Links Folder added to my favorites, and I didn't add it. I delete it, and a few minutes later, it's back.

Any ideas on how to stop it forever and ever?

It really gets on my nerves.

If you have "Links" selected under the View > Toolbars menu then everytime you open internet explorer it will recreate the folder. If you uncheck the option that should prevent it from recreating the folder.
