Big problem with a Dell Latitude laptop

I bought a laptop on ebay last week and everything was ok. But since yesterday, the laptop won't boot. I can't see the BIOS. Here's what i see:

I press the power button and i see the green light
After 4-5 seconds the green light close and nothing else....


I tried to change the battery, the ac adaptor, the memory, no results.


Is it the motherboard?

it might be that the memory card moved a bit for some drop or hit to the computer. Just open and take out the memory card and put it back again, make sure you do not have static. Just grab some metal so energy in your hands will decrease.
