Helloooooo,

Hope your all well,

Just need some info on removing my wallpaper (desktop background) i downloaded some wallpaper from the net and now bored of it so want to delete

Well you need to tell us how you set it as wallpaper. Did you save it to somewhere then set it as background? Or did you right click it in the browser and say set as desktop backgroung? Or something else?

if you hit "set as desktop" or "set as background" then the files are typically saved in C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer just delete the file "Internet Explorer Wallpaper" however if you just randomly saved files then you'll need to know the names of the images or the folders they are in. You can usually just copy down the names of the files from the display properties folder and then search for the location {typically in the windows folder} and delete whichever images you'd like

Hi

Thanks for the replies, i just right clicked 'save as background'

I've looked in windows for the application data etc, but i haven't a folder named that

if all you did was right click and save as background then there really isn't a reason to delete the file because it will just be overwritten when you do it again.
