Memory Question

Ok, here's the MB: Matsonic MS9307C. Now for memory it has:

2 ( 2 ) x memory ( 2.5 V ) - DIMM 184-PIN
2 ( 2 ) x memory ( 3.3 V ) - DIMM 168-PIN

Now does that mean that I can only use one of those at a time or can I use both? And if I can only use one at a time, what's the difference and why use one over the other?

You can use one set or the other.

Ok, so use one or the other, also, it says "SDRAM, DDR SDRAM" does that mean either, or, or both?

Also, is one preferred over the other? And why is that? If I'm asking too many questions, just tell me.
