Another Partition Magic 8 question

when i created a partition, i got (*) extended primary showing up (in bright blue color), along side of my NTFS which is logical...could someone explain what it is for?

also when i browse my partition using pm8 a recycle file is showing, along side system volume information...i'm just curious, because i happened to create that partition for file sharing program, and the recycle\system volume information folders show up under my shared files, and i can not unshare it...

i'm just curious if i did something wrong in partitioning part, and how can i unshare them?

logical partitions are stored in the extended partition. The extended partition itself is a primary partition. I think the recycle bin and system volume information are on all partitions, they are just normally hidden.
