CD Burner... won't burn!?

Hi everyone. I have a CD burner but it doesn't seem to want to 'burn' any cd's...

I have used it before, but once I reformated my computer, it doesn't seem to want to work with my Roxio Burner program.

I uninstalled the drive, and reinstalled it. but still... nothing! doens't burn. not sure if its the program or not?

any thoughts???

also. the cd burner will play music cd's but just won't burn?

its got me baffled!
