Systems internet disconnects when fan truns on please help?

i have a hp pavilion a350n and i have dialup AOL. every time i connect to the internet i have like 5 to 10 mins before the fans on my computer turns on and disconnects me from the internet. then after that happens it does not read my modem and i can't connect.

i have to restart the computer to get back online .then i have another 5 to 10 mins on the internet before the fans turns on?

i dont get it why is the modem f***ing up when the computer fans turns on?

can someone help me please.

I'm not really sure what you mean by your fans turn on after you've been online for 5-10mins. Your fans should start-up as soon as you turn your computer on. Either way fans spinning up shouldn't affect modem usage one place to start is by checking to see what programs are running at the time of the problems {might be some virus or spyware} the other thing to try is to reinstall your modem drivers and maybe reinstall AOL {or get another ISP}

there seems to be a bios update relating to this problem, the fans have some weird delay that kicked me off the internet .here is the bios update for my PC, i found on another forum

i have it fix now...worked fine once i installed that bios update. w00t
