k, i have a radeon 7000 video card, and was just curious if i should install the ati enhanced driver that came with the card, or should i get the latest once from www.ati.com (or, will i be just fine with whatever came with xp?)
If you're only going to be doing 2D work, then the basic drivers that come with XP should be acceptable.
If you're doing anything 3d, playing any OpenGL or DirectX games (even if 2D), or are apt to want to tweak settings some, then go with the newer drivers from the ATi website.
