Firewall requesting to block spoolsv.exe

Hi

I'm not familiar with system files, I have Windows XP Pro and have the free version of Zone Alarm firewall installed, when ever I'm connected to the internet it asks me to accept or deny the program spoolsv.exe, I'm not sure what this file does, could anyone please advise me on whether to accept it or not.

It is the Windows Print Spooler service. You can block Internet access, as it is not required for the service to properly operate locally.
