Help with HijackThis

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with what to do with my results after scanning my system with hijackthis, I've pasted the results below.

I have Zone Alarm firewall installed. I would also like to know whether I should block a request that was made by the firewall to accept the file 'spoolsv.exe'
