Spotresults

When I am on the internet i suddenly have the webpage spotresults.com keeps popping up. Also when shutting down the computer this explorer message kernal32.dll appears.

I have used ad-aware and antivirus programes . Can any one help me out with this.

Have you tried spybot? It sometimes picks things up that ad-aware doesn't.
