loading os
I am having a problem with my os.
I was loading a os on a new hard drive for someone and the os they had is windows me from a dell system they have that does not work anymore. As the system loaded a messege came up saying the os could not be loaded because we did not have permission to use this os. It was registered to that computer with dell. So we want to load a full version of windows XP but need to know how to get the partially loaded me system off the hard drive because it wont let us go any farther. can anyone help.
