BIG Mystery... FrontPage Error (Case For X Files)

This one is a case for the X Files because it's just so crazy.

I'm just installed FrontPage to my new computer. It's the same version I used on my old computer. But, now when I try to open a web file it shuts down and gives me the following message:

"Microsoft FrontPage application file has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

There is no further explaination.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, I've tried the "repair" option... but to no avail.

Any ideas? Anyone that helps me figure this out is
entitled to some kind of cool bonus!
