Can't change default monitor in XP Pro
I just switched to XP Pro from 98. Windows installed a default monitor which does not allow for switching the refresh rate, etc.
I want to install the drivers for my monitor but add new hardware does not recognize it. It starts looking and just goes into a loop.
When I point it to where the drivers are it says that the file does not have information about the display.
Any thoughts?
