dell computer crash
Help me please. I have a dell inspiron 5100, and at random times my computer will just turn off. I could be burning a cd, on the internet or just sitting there then it just dies. It happens when it is plugged in or not, but the battery is full. It never restarts itself. I have to go back and start it back up and sometimes it's ok after that or it will shut back down. I have scanned for viruses, nothing, checked if i have any weird programs, nothing. I'm lost and I don't know what to do about it. Help!
