NEED HELP ON O'C PROBLEM

I seems to have this problem everytime i pushes my P4 1.8 to 2.2 or 2.3GHZ, The computer suddenly restarts it self after an hour or 2. The temp. seems to be normal around 30- 35 degree C, I have ASUS P4B266-C MOBO, running WIN XP PRO 768MB DDR RAm-1 PC2100 and 1 PC2700, with everything in default settings, I search in some forums where others have the same spec, and they could reach 2.4 easily where I can't even boot at 2.4, any suggestions are deeply ppreciated. THX

your problem might be the RAM....for starters, you are using mixed speed quality RAM modules which isn't too good for OCin...second, you're using RAM that's probably slower than what you are pushing your CPU FSB to...also, you might want to check to make sure that your RAM isn't overheating over time...maybe put a fan directly over the RAM...or maybe your video card is overheating....could be almost anything...what are the settings in the BIOS that you are trying to set on the CPU that makes it reboot after a while?

I try to push the FSB higher cause the multiplier can't not be change so I push it over to 122 FSB and 126 FSB which the multiplier is x 18 and everything else is default setting. the video settings are 4x 128MB instead of 64(default) and running the ram in 2-2-2-5 settings. I have put heat spreader over the ram. One more thing is I can run everything fine with 120FSB. does this have to do with the MOBO ?
