Sound problems wit h Madrake 10 and Team Speak

To begin, Im a a noob with linux. I am trying to install Team Speak RC2 on my system, and have no problems doing so, or starting it up and logging onto a server. My problem is, I have no sound from othe rpeople on the server, nor can I get any sound from my mic. Any suggestions?

-- I'm using Mandrake 10 with a P4 2.4 GHz 1 gig DDR 400 Audigy 1 sound card

You need to turn up the gain levels for your mic to work, otherwise it will be QUIET.

Do you hear any other sounds on the computer? (ie does sound work)?

Oh yeah the sound works, I've got sound for everything else but TS.

How do I turn up the gain levels for the mic?

If you go into kmix it will be under the input tab.

I would make sure you dont have any volumes muted in kmix for output.
I haven't had team speak isntalled for some time, do you have the option to specify the output device / output plugin?
