Web Cam???

Hi,

Can someone point me in the right direction to buy and setup a Camera on a PC sp I can see and speak to someone else with a similar setup?

Also,

Can one PC on Broadband communicate with another this way when it's on Dialup?

Does thie type of setup work on Dialup at all?

yeah, it works on trampy dialup, just not very well.
microsoft netmeeting, yahoo messenger, aim, msm, should all let you do this, whilst some webcams have videoconference software with them. need a mic, speakers and good lighting.
