Printer help

Hi, can anyone tell me if this printer is of any good for home use: HEWLETT PACKARD LASERJET 6P. I know it's pretty old and not in production anymore, but a friend's friend is selling it off at a reasonable price (i think)

The toner cartridge for this machine is C3903A and costs around $75.00. In my opinion this is alot of money for a machine that only prints in black. Also you have no idea of the lifespan of this machine.

All Printers are fine I think . But I like laser printer stuff. Saves your time much.

hard to say..the old ones are so huge and heavy and u can get new ones now for less than $100 after rebate etc

I don't usually look at buying used printers.

Search it a Ebay and see what they are going for.
