recomend me a router

I have had a couple of routers now, but still not happy with my latest one (featurewise). So can you guys recomend me a good router for under $200NZ, so that would be about under $100US around about

Must have a built in 4 port 10/100mbs switch
Must have a port for a cable modem
Must have a good firewall
Support for usual stuff ie DHCP, VPN, PPP, PAP, NAT etc
Any other good and useful features for security
Allow a PC on the network to connect directly to outside internet (ie if I wanted to setup a web server etc)
Traffic monitoring etc
Other useful features

Do you want wireless and wired, so you can "upgrade" later? It might be a downgrade for some, if you think about it.

Keen for wired as I don't think wireless is fast enough/ price effective for my needs yet.
