afgcons Registered User Join Date: May 2004 Posts: 2	See today's most popular deals at » NTLDR is missing I am trying to install Linux Slackware on a Dell Optiplex GX110 with Win98SE installed. I can boot with any bootable Windows floppy or CDROM but both, Slackware or Mandrake bootable CD's or floppies produce an "NTLDR is missing" error. I did FDISK /MBR, I tested the bootable Linux disks on another PC... What else..? Why does it boot from any Windows media but NO Linux one?
