Burner Config

I am about to install a CD burner and I want to be sure of the config b4 I start. I am currently running two hard drives on primary channel and a DVD drive on the secondary channel. System is a celeron 800 256 Meg running XP. What config should I install the burner with?

Set the burner as the slave on the secondary channel.

I usually put my hard drives on channel 1 and the CD drives on channel 2, because I don't do many disc-to-disc copies but want the full speed from my burner with both HDs.
