need help accessing with asp link

My daughter is taking online classes and one requires her to use a link to World Book that is listed as features.asp

I have files set to open with IE, but we still get a message that file is suspicious and then a message that says: cannot find and make sure address is correct.

We are on SBC Yahoo DSL, using XP home

We are at a loss as to what to do and she need to access the information for her class.

Can someone please help asap. Time frames are critical for her right now................thank you.

What is the exact link? Is this to an internet site, or to a file within a program residing on your PC at home?

can other people in her class get to the link?

It maybe that the webserver isnt' configured correctly.

She is trying to reach articles that her class has linked to World Book, so it is on the web, this is not on our computer.

Being the weekend she has not been able to contact her online teacher (or at least she hasn't responded to emails) to see if anyone else is having the problem, but I doubt it. It is far enough into the class that someone would have reached this point in the class already, as they work at their own pace.

It is most likely something on my computer that is not allowing the asp file to open.
